TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Flow Go eSIM (flowgoesim.com) is operated by KARON INT'S LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong (Registration No. 79472438).
The following terms and conditions shall apply to all services rendered by Flowgoesim.com hereafter referred to as Flow Go eSIM / Flow Go, in connection with the prepaid eSIM reselling. Following terms and conditions are provided on the Flow Go website. Flow Go may accept variant clauses only in the case of an explicit written agreement.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
2.1 eSIM RESELLING
Flow Go resells prepaid eSIMs. The customer registers and buys its eSIMs on the https://flowgoesim.com website. Our payments are operated by credit card and PayPal (https://paypal.com).
2.2 REGISTRATION FOR USING FLOW GO SERVICES
The customer must accept the general terms and conditions to use Flow Go services. The client gives directly, or by the intermediary of the service provider (Hotel, Travel Agency, etc.), on the web browser under https://flowgoesim.com the following information:
- Nick Name
- Address (billing address)
- Email address
2.3 FLOW GO ENGAGEMENTS
Flow Go shall use reasonable endeavors to maintain service quality. However, Flow Go does not guarantee that the service won't be interrupted, furnished on due time, safe, or fault-free. In the event of technical issues originating from Flow Go, we will promptly work to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy.
2.4 CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS
In using the Services provided by Flow Go, the Customer must not engage in any action:
- that is abusive, illegal, or fraudulent;
- that causes the Network to be impaired or damaged.
When the customer is in breach of its obligations under this Sec., Flow Go may suspend the customer's use of the Service. Flow Go will notify the customer as soon as reasonably practicable of the suspension. During any period of suspension, the customer shall continue to pay all charges due under this Agreement in respect of the suspended Services.
3. START, DURATION, AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
The service contract between Flow Go and the customer starts upon order at Flow Go website https://flowgoesim.com. Post-delivery obligations, including refund and support rights, remain in effect as outlined in our Refund Policy (flowgoesim.com/refund-policy). Activation of the eSIM is under the responsibility of the Customer.
4. CHARGES AND PAYMENT
4.1 PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The payment of Flow Go eSIM services is made by credit card and PayPal. The currency of payment is in US Dollars ($) by default. The credit card transaction will be processed and secured by Flow Go providers Oceanpayment (https://www.oceanpayment.com/) and PayPal (https://paypal.com).
4.2 CHARGES FOR USE
Flow Go states all Charges inclusive of VAT unless specified otherwise.
If the customer reasonably and in good faith disputes an invoice or part of it, the customer shall notify Flow Go of such dispute within 7 days of receipt of the invoice, providing details of why the invoiced amount is incorrect and, if possible, how much the customer considers is due.
The customer shall not be entitled to set off any of its claims against claims of Flow Go, except where the customer's claims are undisputed or have been confirmed by a final court judgment.
DELIVERY
The customer has to provide an email address after the purchase in order to receive the QR codes of eSIMs.
5. REFUND / CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY
The customer has the right to ask for a refund or replacement under the circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy (flowgoesim.com/refund-policy), including compatibility issues, trip cancellations, and unresolved connection issues.
Flow Go credit balance may not be refunded, exchanged for cash, or used as payment with discount vouchers.
6. PRIVACY
All data provided by customers during the usage of Flow Go services will be protected in accordance with the relevant terms of privacy regarding customer data.
All customer provided data saved by Flow Go will be used for purposes of contractual fulfillment. Customers who wish to receive marketing communications may opt-in separately. Revocation of consent may be served at any time but must be made in writing to Flow Go, stating the affected email addresses.
7. DISCLAIMER
Under the following circumstances, should you be unable to get connected using Flow Go or the data connection service does not meet expectations, Flow Go will not be liable for compensation of losses or breach of contract. The circumstances include but are not limited to the following:
- Data transmission interruption due to malfunctioning of the computer rooms or communication networks of telecom carriers;
- Package interruption due to force majeure events such as typhoons, earthquakes, power outages, floods, wars, or terrorist attacks;
- System interruption due to hacking;
- Your terminal device is faulty;
- Remote areas that are without signals, or certain regions and environments where the signal coverage of the local carriers is lacking;
- Areas with no network coverage, such as subways, tunnels, basements, mountain areas, and seas.
For the avoidance of doubt, the above circumstances do not affect customers' rights under our Refund Policy (flowgoesim.com/refund-policy).
8. SERVICE MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL
Under circumstances where the abuse, misuse, depletion, wastage, or other unjustified use of data causes adverse effects on the network experience of other users, the carrier may impose controls or stoppage on the errant users when it is necessary to do so based on the principle of fair use to ensure that data package service is properly provided to all users.
In addition to explicitly accepting this provision and following the relevant laws and regulations, you must promise not to lease, license, mortgage, translate, adjust, alter, modify Flow Go, or merge it with any other products or packages; nor to decompose, decompile, reverse engineer the whole or any part of Flow Go, or create any derivative works.
For malicious swiping of Flow Go Credits and the risk of receiving fraudulent payment of accounts, we have the right to clear the user balance or disable the use of accounts.
9. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
Flow Go is not responsible for detriments arising as a result of the proposed service not being constantly available. Flow Go provides no guarantee of the constant availability of the network service.

10. LEGAL VALIDITY
This agreement's validity, interpretation, change, execution, and dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & VISUAL CONTENT
11.1 OWNERSHIP
All content on the Flow Go eSIM website (flowgoesim.com), including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of Flow Go eSIM / KARON INT'S LIMITED or its content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 THIRD-PARTY VISUAL MATERIALS
Some destination images, illustrations, and visual materials displayed on this website are licensed from third-party design platforms and stock media providers (including but not limited to Canva). These materials are used under valid commercial licenses for illustrative and marketing purposes. All visual content is used in compliance with the respective platform's licensing terms. Licenses and usage records are maintained internally.
11.3 NO ENDORSEMENT IMPLIED
Product images on Flow Go eSIM are used solely to help customers identify travel destinations. They do not imply any official endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with any government, tourism board, landmark, carrier, brand, or rights holder depicted or referenced.
11.4 COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTICE
If you believe that any content on this website infringes your intellectual property rights, or if you have concerns regarding the accuracy or cultural appropriateness of any visual content, please contact us at: service@flowgoesim.com
We will review all valid requests and take appropriate action, including removal or replacement of content where necessary, within a reasonable timeframe.
12. DIGITAL PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
12.1 NATURE OF PRODUCTS
All products sold by Flow Go eSIM are digital goods in the form of prepaid eSIM data plans. No physical SIM card will be shipped. Upon successful payment, customers will receive eSIM activation details (QR code or activation code) via email and/or the order confirmation page.
12.2 PRODUCT IMAGES
Images displayed on product pages are for destination illustration purposes only. They represent the travel destination associated with the eSIM data plan and do not represent a physical product.
12.3 DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
eSIM activation requires a compatible, carrier-unlocked device. Customers are responsible for verifying device compatibility before purchase. Flow Go eSIM is not liable for purchases made on incompatible or carrier-locked devices. Please refer to our eSIM Compatible Devices page (eSIM device compatibility query) for a full list of supported devices.
12.4 COVERAGE
Network coverage and data speeds may vary by location, local carrier infrastructure, and device capability. Flow Go eSIM does not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific data speeds in all areas.
