Digital Delivery Policy

At Flow Go, we provide digital delivery for all eSIM products. eSIMs are not physical SIM cards and no physical shipment is required.

Shipping Fee: Free. No physical shipping fee is charged for eSIM orders.

Delivery Method: Email. Your eSIM QR code and installation details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time: Most eSIM orders are delivered by email within 2 hours after successful payment. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to order review, payment verification, or system processing. Orders are usually delivered within the same day.

Important Note: Please make sure your email address is correct when placing your order. If you do not receive your eSIM email within the estimated delivery time, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at service@flowgoesim.com.
